The common thread
I've often been described as "the approachable, upbeat manager who never loses sight of the numbers and the risks," and as "the finance director who values people skills." These two readings were never really a contradiction: it's how I've worked from day one.
The journey
From consulting for SMEs to working hands-on with teams that needed to grow.
I started with numbers, where they matter most: seven years at Deloitte, consulting for companies in difficulty. That's where you learn to read a company's real health when cash is tight, and to present hard decisions to leaders, bankers and shareholders under pressure.
I then joined SMEs as Finance & HR Director: Wolford, a listed international group combining manufacturing and retail; Sœur, in the middle of hyper-growth; Copytop, repositioning its business. Over more than ten years, I learned to read a balance sheet as well as a team, through growth and through harder times alike.
That's where my conviction took hold: whatever the business or the starting capital, a company's success comes down to the people who run it: a leader's vision, a team's motivation, and the coherence of it all.
The turning point
2020, Hong Kong, and a new direction.
In 2020, I moved to Hong Kong and chose to work independently, close to the SME and start-up leaders I support.
I also decided to formalise what had, until then, been mostly instinct. In-depth coaching training, ICF-accredited, gave me a method and a framework to put this human dimension to work for my clients, with real added value. What I used to do by instinct became a genuine skill.
Today
The two fronts that decide a company's future.
Today, I support business leaders on the two fronts that decide a company's success: its numbers and its people. As a part-time Finance & HR Director, as a consultant at the moments that matter most, and as a coach for those who need space to think.
My goal hasn't changed: contributing to clarity and peace of mind, for people and organisations alike.

A company is its teams. I don't believe in impersonal relationships or working in silos.

In a few words
Based between Hong Kong and Paris, curious about the cultures and people I meet, I believe we work better when we keep a sense of humour and a genuine interest in others. I care about environmental issues too, and volunteer as a Climate Fresk facilitator.
